Description:
A planning application has been submitted for 30 new dwellings and a Pre-School Building in Keinton Mandeville - a mixture of single and double storey, detatched, semi-detatched and terraced to provide a variety of dwelling types and sizes. The site for the Pre-School is adjacent the existing school.

The housing development proposed has good pedestrian and bicycle connections with the surrounding village and its network of public footpaths.

The housing will be traditional in style, maintaining the local vernacular, but built to a very high standard and incorporating cutting edge sustainable technologies to minimise environmental impact and keep operational energy costs to a minimum.
