This project consists of a new build block of apartments, designed to accommodate healthcare staff, working at our client’s neighbouring care home.

Consisting externally of a contemporary white and grey design, this 5-storey building accommodates 9 flats, each containing 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with open plan living.

The small, steep site poses some interesting challenges from a site works/operational perspective and 2021 promises to be action-packed at this South London location.
