We are a dynamic, design-led architectural practice based in Somerset and due to significant practice growth are recruiting for an experienced post Part III Architect.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience post part 3 in the residential sector and some commercial, educational or hospitality sector experience would be beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for a determined and ambitious individual to gain responsibility within a dynamic practice. We are a busy practice, and you will be expected to run multiple projects simultaneously, including multiple teams and client management therefore the successful applicant must have a demonstrable track record in this area. You will be rewarded with an opportunity to develop and gain experience in a range of projects at all stages of design and construction.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required together with a positive “can-do” attitude. You will have strong technical knowledge together with good creative flair as you will be working on both the design and delivery stages of projects. This is an opportunity for an individual who has meticulous attention to detail, is able to take the initiative and work comfortably both leading and within a team.
