This proposed new 51-bed care home, is situated on an open site, complimenting an existing residential complex of elderly and care accommodation.
The contemporary timber clad entrance welcomes visitors and provides a focal point with large windows, maximising natural light within public and the resident’s break out spaces.
Windows have been careful located in order to maximise privacy with regards to the existing neighbouring residential blocks.
Each floor contains a large day space for the residents with views across the main garden to the West or the playing field to the East via a balcony.
The building has been designed so that there are smaller break out spaces for residents to relax as well as have private space with visitors.
